Our Story

A space that knows how to shift gears

Ángeles de Puebla opened its doors on Cleveland Boulevard with a simple idea: a place that doesn't pretend to be something it isn't. Mornings belong to the pour-over and the fresh pastry. Evenings belong to the shaken old-fashioned and the conversation that follows.

We source our coffee from roasters who treat the bean with respect, and our bar program is built on the same principle — quality ingredients, measured with intention, served without pretense.

Espresso —

Single or double shot. Our house blend, roasted locally.

Cortado —

Equal parts espresso and steamed milk. Clean and balanced.

Oat Milk Latte —

Espresso with creamy oat milk. Smooth finish, no compromise.

Pour Over —

Single-origin, brewed to order. Ask about today's selection.

Cold Brew —

Steeped 18 hours. Served over ice, naturally sweet.

Chai —

House-spiced chai simmered from scratch. Available hot or iced.

Angels Old Fashioned —

Bourbon, house bitters, demerara, orange. Our signature.

Espresso Martini —

Vodka, fresh espresso, coffee liqueur. Shaken hard.

Tequila blanco, fresh lime, agave. Classic or smoky.

Cerveza —

Rotating local and regional drafts. Ask for today's list.

Wine —

By the glass — red, white, and rosé. Curated seasonally.

Non-Alcoholic —

Seedlip spritz, shrub cooler, or house lemonade. Always available.

Avocado Toast —

Sourdough, smashed avocado, radish, everything seed. Added: poached egg or feta.

Breakfast Burrito —
